We realise without our umpires and referees working with us, our leagues
would not exist. Thank you to all match officials who already help make our
leagues a success.
All our umpires and referees are qualified so that our leagues are
officitiated fairly and effectively in a controlled environment.
If you are interested in becoming an umpire or referee for one of our
leagues, please find a list of opportunities below. Please note that netball
umpires must be qualified to either grade A, B, or C and beginner award. You will be
officiating amateur games for adults over 16. We require confident,
organised and committed people.
Our league officials work on a rota basis. So don't worry, you don't have to
commit for an entire season! You can request the amount of time you want
to officiate, whether this be every other week, or every week, we will work
to fit you into a schedule to suit your needs.

"Since my time at university some years ago i've not taken part in any kind of sport. However, the netball league that On-line Events runs which I recently joined has provided me with the perfect opportunity to get active again. While very well organised, it offers a brilliant blend of fun and competition for people of all abilities!"
Jo Currie - Team Aniston

"It's enjoyable to umpire when a league is as well organised as Online Events has made the Pudsey netball league. The teams seem to love it too!"
Jackie Rabie - Umpire
"I haven't played netball in about 20 years, but the Banbury league has got me up and running again! It feels great to be playing after all these years, the league is fun and well organised and it's a good form of exercise for us oldies!"
